Billing and usage

The Enigma Console provides tools to manage your subscription plan, track credit consumption, and access invoices. Navigate to Settings > Billing to access billing features.

Plan

The Plan page shows your current subscription details and lets you manage your plan.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Plan.

From this page you can:

  • View your current plan and its included features
  • Upgrade or change your plan
  • Manage your payment method
  • Configure auto-recharge settings for credits
  • Purchase additional credits

Payment method

Click Edit next to your payment method to update your credit card information. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

Auto-recharge

Enable auto-recharge to automatically purchase additional credits when your balance drops below a threshold. Configure the recharge amount and trigger threshold from the Plan page.

Usage

The Usage page provides visibility into your credit consumption.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Usage.

The page displays:

  • Credit balance - Your current remaining credits and total allocated credits
  • 30-day usage chart - A visual breakdown of credit consumption over the past 30 days
  • Usage by category - Credit consumption broken down by metric category:
    • Core - Basic data attributes
    • Plus - Enhanced data attributes
    • Premium - Advanced data attributes
    • Actions - Operational actions (list generation, enrichment, etc.)

Invoices

The Invoices page provides a history of all billing transactions.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Invoices.

From this page you can:

  • View invoice history with dates and amounts
  • Check payment status for each invoice
  • Download invoices for your records
