Issue 1: Multiple addresses per business location profile

In many instances, a business location profile may contain addresses from multiple different physical locations. This may occur when there is an authoritative data source that lists two different addresses for a business (e.g., a corporate registration that lists an operating address and a mailing address). The team is working on breaking those addresses into distinct business locations.

Issue 2: Not every business location profile is tied to a business profile

By design, every business location profile should be tied to a business profile.
